Forki uses third-party AI services (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or others) to generate content. These services are subject to their own terms and policies.

AI Content Disclaimer: Forki uses generative AI to provide responses based on user input. Forki makes no warranties regarding the factual accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

Restaurant listings, reviews, and related information are provided by Yelp through the Yelp Fusion API and are subject to Yelp’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.


You agree that Forki is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or performance of data provided by Yelp.



10. Subscriptions and Billing:


Some features of Forki are available through a paid subscription.

If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

All billing is managed through your app store provider (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play), and you are responsible for managing your subscription through your device settings.



11. Termination:


We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

You may stop using Forki at any time.
